Uiteraard gaan wij er niet van uit, maar mocht het nodig zijn:

Indien u het cricket lidmaatschap (van uw kind) wilt opzeggen, dient dit uiterlijk op 1 februari te gebeuren per mail aan de secretaris (secretaris@voc-rotterdam.nl) met kopie aan de administratie (administratie@voc-rotterdam.nl) onder vermelding van naam, geboortedatum en team.

Opzeggingen die na 1 februari 2025 worden ontvangen, kunnen niet meer op tijd in behandeling worden genomen met als gevolg dat de volledige contributie voor het cricketseizoen 2025 en/of een boete moet worden betaald.

Indien het al eerder bekend is dat het lidmaatschap zal stoppen, dan horen we dit liever al wat eerder. Zodoende heeft de administratie nog voldoende tijd om het stopzetten van het lidmaatschap te verwerken voor het volgende verenigingsjaar. LET OP: alleen afmelden bij de teammanager/coach/trainer is niet voldoende.

Overschrijven:
Bij een overgang naar een andere vereniging moet de speler samen met de nieuwe club het formulier 'Overschrijvingsformulier KNCB' invullen (hier te vinden). Dit formulier moet ook door V.O.C. ondertekend worden. Houdt dus rekening met voldoende verwerkingstijd, zodat je de deadline voor inschrijving bij de nieuwe club niet mist. Wanneer sprake is van een betalingsachterstand in boetes of contributie wordt overschrijving door V.O.C. geblokkeerd.

Deadline to cancel cricket membership: 1 February 2025

If you wish to cancel the cricket membership (of your child), this must be done by email to the secretary (secretaris@voc-rotterdam.nl) with a copy to the administration (administratie@voc-rotterdam.nl) by February 1st at the latest, mentioning the name, date of birth, and team.

Cancellations received after February 1, 2025, cannot be processed in time, resulting in the full contribution for the 2025 cricket season and/or a fine having to be paid.

If it is already known that the membership will end, we would prefer to hear this earlier. This way, the administration has enough time to process the cancellation of the membership for the next association year. NB: simply informing the team manager/coach/trainer is not sufficient.

Transfer to a new club:
When transferring to another club, the player must fill out the 'KNCB Transfer Form' together with the new club (found here). This form must also be signed by V.O.C. Please allow enough processing time so that you do not miss the registration deadline at the new club. If there are any outstanding fines or contributions, the transfer will be blocked by V.O.C.
